Lochwood and Lochwood Hills are neighborhoods in Lakewood. Its approximate boundaries are West Mississippi Avenue north, South Garrison Street east, West Jewell Street south and South Union Blvd. west, abuts to Green Mountain Village. This is an established neighborhood and most of the construction was completed from the late 1960's to mid 1980's. This neighborhood is home to Kendrick Reservoir and Kendrick Lake Park, smith, Main and East Reservoirs, and Kendrick Lakes Elementary School.
