Overview

In the late 1970's Medema Homes started the subdivision with the model homes that were in the cul-de-sac off of South Lee Way. In the early 1980's Medema Homes went out of business & the growth of the community stopped. The following years some of some lots were sold to smaller builders. In 1990's Richmond Homes came in and built 15 models, Premier West built the last homes in the neighborhood. There continues to be one lot in the neighborhood that remains empty because of an underground springs
