Village of Five Parks, which is an award winning, wired and green community located in Arvada between Alkire and Indiana, north and south West 86th Parkway, west Arvada. This community began construction 2002, the developer Village Homes, promised to to build a community of 625 homes, retail shops and office center, recreation facilities and parks, all within walking distance. The homes qualify for five-star energy efficiency rating. The community is located 15 minutes to I-70 & 7 to Highway 93.
